Yoga Burn is a complete body program can download and digital for women that is always available in your fingertips via any mobile device, any desktop or computer handed. This 12-week program to help you in achieving the flexibility and weight loss. This 12-week program is divided into 3 phases. Each period is 4 weeks and there is a gradual progress from one week to another. Each phase has an introductory video and other video for 3 exercises for four weeks.
